  • Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
    YES! We stand behind our work and offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Simply contact us within 24 hours from when we finished your Home Cleaning to let us know what was not cleaned to your liking and we will send a Team Member back to your Home to Make it Right.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We Require a 48 Hour Notice for Cancellations or Reschedules in order to avoid a $75 Fee. If you reschedule within the same week No fee will be charged.
  • Do I need to be home for the Cleaning Service to be performed?
    No. Since we are typically Cleaning Homes during business hours, many of our Clients are away at work. We will arrange property access with you. Simply let us know whether you're leaving a key hidden outside, providing a garage keypad code or leaving a key with the Front Desk or a Property Manager.
  • Can I get an estimate over the phone?
    Absolutely! We welcome your Calls. We will Gladly review your Home Cleaning needs over the phone and email you a detailed description of the work to be performed as well as an Itemized Total for your Selected Services.
  • Is there anything I need to do in preparation for your Cleaners?
    We do not ask you to Clean your Home, that's our Job. We do recommend that you pick up any Clothing, Toys, Books and such left on the Floor as well as disarm any Alarms and/or Motion Detectors while we're Cleaning. We will need to use your Kitchen Sink during your Cleaning so if you’d like us to wash the dishes please select the “Wash a Sink Full of Dishes” option in the Bookings section.
  • I have a pet. Any special instructions?
    Please make sure you make note of the kind of Pet you have on the Bookings Form and Leave any special instructions you feel we need to have so that our Cleaners can do their Very Best Job Cleaning your Home. We are a Pet-Friendly Company; however, it's best if your Pet is either Crated or kept in a Gated Area of your Home which will allow our Cleaners to Clean much more Efficiently.
  • Is Kleen Keep insured?
    Yes! We Care about the Safety of your Family and the Protection of your Home and your Property which is why we carry a more expensive $2 million Dollar Liability Policy.
